Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia
Driving with no license
The other night I received a ticket for driving with no license and go to court next week. Would I be better off trting to get a license before i go or just go to court, plead guilty, and face the consequences. The cop told me that this was my first offense but I think about 4 years ago i received a ticket for this, went to court and got off with a fine. What are the consequences i am facing.

Yes, get a valid driver's license, if you can, before facing the judge.
