Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia
I was driving in the morning and turned on my defroster, windows fogged up while sun was shining directly at me and ended up hitting a vehicle. My car was totaled, no injuries, other car had almost no damage to it. I was charged with Reckless Driving General. Been only driving for one year and this is the very first incident I have had, not even a simple traffic stop. what should I do? What should I be expecting?
