I was driving 90 mph on a 60 highway in Newport News VA in no trarric. I have a perfect driving record, until this, and was very polite and apologetic to the officer. What should I be expecting?

Assuming you've been charged with reckless driving, a criminal misdemeanor in
the Commonwealth, you will want to see if the prosecutor will allow you
to plead guilty to a reduced charge, i.e., something less than 80 mph which would be a speeding infraction that would not amount to reckless driving.
