Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia
driving while on suspended
I dot in a minor accident while driving
on suspended this this my second
offense. I got 2 tickets:reckless
driving (general) and driving on
suspended (2nd) offense.I have two
jobs and im in college.Can i get
around being sentence to jail and
receive some other penalty

Jail is a possibility, but it is possible a lawyer could push for an alternative such as driving school etc
