Driving on an Suspended License 4th Conviction
I have been convicted for the 4th time in Virginia for driving on a suspended license. How can I get pass the jail time.

Better see an attorney about this or ask the one who represented you(if you had one). Unfortunately, however, if you've already been convicted for the fourth time for DWS(Driving While Suspended), there may be little or nothing that can be done at this time to keep you out of jail.
