Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia
EXPUNGEMENT QUESTION
Hello, I have 2 convictions for driving without license (3rd offense), one in june 2009 (i was given jail) in Chesterfield County and the second in may 2011 (again jail) in Henrico County. I am out of status (immigration) and i'm not able to obtain a driver's license. Now i'm considering applying for Canadian residency but i fear my convictions will have a negative impact on my application.
My question is: Is there any way i can expunge my record? Or at least seal it for job purposes??
I would appreciate your help, i am desperate!!
Thank you!

No, unfortunately, there is not unless you can prove that you
were wrongfully convicted of these offenses and have received a pardon from the governor. (See Va. Code Sec. 19.2-392.2 et seq.)
