Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia
Fail to obey highway sign/stop sign ticket
Hello,
I received a ''failure to obey highway sign/stop sign'' ticket for making an illegal u-turn. Is there anything I can do or say in or out of court to keep this off my DMV report so my insurance rates don't go up? Thank you.

No, not too likely (assuming that in fact you are guilty of this particular traffic infraction).
