Failing to stop bus stop
Ok back in march 2008 i was charge with a reckless driving charge.Now this passt week i got charge with another reckeless driving,failing to stop on a stop school bus.Is their jail time for that,

No, probably not, depending in some measure upon what the rest of your driving record may look like, but it would be advisable to have an attorney representing you on this most recent charge to minimize the chances of that(the jail time) happening.
