Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia
Fender Bender
My fiance was backing my car out of a parking space very slowly because of a large SUV parked next to us, consequently, despite looking in the rearview mirror it was impossible to see another SUV driving up behind us and the two cars collided. He gave the other driver his name, number, e-mail and insurance company but the wrong address. She took down my car's license plate number. My question is what will happen now?

Re: Fender Bender
The one who's car was negligently impacted (allegedly) by your fiance will eventually find him. Hopefully, the misinformation which he provided
regarding his residence address was somehow merely a mistake on his part and not deliberate.
