Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia
My fiance and I have been overseas for almost 9 months and plan on going back home. I just found out he has a traffic case and he is now filed as Fugitive and they issued a capias. Will he get arrested when we arrive at the airport? We live in Virginia

Yes, it's possible if he lands at an international airport in Virginia such
as Dulles International and goes through customs there.
