Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia
figitive file
Yes, I recently moved back to Virginia after graduating from college and applied for a job. I was told that I have something on my record. I checked the records and find that I have a fugitive file for a ticket. What does that mean and how can I resolve that and have my record cleared.

Re: figitive file
Probably, that a capias(arrest warrant) was issued
by a traffic court judge for your failure to appear at a scheduled hearing on a traffic matter for which you had been previously ticketed.
You may wish to consult with a defense counsel who
practices in the court which issued the warrant as to how best you should now go about settling this matter.
