Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia
A friend was injured in a motorcycle accident. The motorcycle slipped on leaves that were blown into the road from someone's yard. There is only one house where the leaves were and there were no leaves in the yard or driveway of the house. He has pictures of the accident showing this. Can he have the owner of the house pay for the damage to his motorcycle?

No, most unlikely on these facts (in my opinion). Perhaps, the wind
played a part in moving the leaves to where they ended up in this particular street?
