Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia
Hit and Run
I was charge with a hit and run that resulted in less than $500 worth of damage. This was my first offense. What should I say in Pre-Trial?

Re: Hit and Run
Better let your lawyer do the talking for you. So-called "Hit and Run" offenses are serious matters
and you should have a defense counsel to represent you.
If you cannot afford to hire one on your own, ask the court to appoint one to represent you in this matter.
