Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia
is it illegal to park your motorcycle in the yellow or blue stripes in a parking lot? i recently got a ticket for parking my bike in the blue lines at a target parking lot, I've been parking in the lines for years, all motorcycles do...but my ticket was for handicapped parking violation, was the ticket classified wrong, i was not in a handicapped stall, just the blue striped lines in, and not in the was of any cars.
