Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia

Incorrect Profile Information

I have a Traffic Summons that has all of my profile correct with the exeption of my race. How critical is that? Is it worth fighting in order to not pay the summons and if not can I just call the court and have them change my profile to reflect the correct nationality/race?

I don't believe that the wrong race (or height or anything else) would invalidate the summons.

However, it would raise questions about whether you are the same person that the offier stopped. Maybe.
