Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia
Insurance Expired
Over the July 4th Holiday I
had a wreck on a rental car in witch I rear-ended the car in front of me. No injuries but a lot of damage to cars. When I turned this in to my insurance I found out it had expired. Now what happens? I really don't know
to do......

Re: Insurance Expired
If you have no other insurance coverage for the type of damages which you apparently caused, then you're likely responsible for paying all of it(the damages to both cars) out of your pocket.
