Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia
I got involved in a car accident a few days ago. I hit a car behind. The front of my car got a major damage. Insurance company may consider the car is totaled. However, airbags did not deploy. Hopefully, all 4 people in the car and the driver of the other car are all fine but It may have been worse. Is there anything I can do against car manufacturers for non-deployed airbags? The car is Dodge Challenger 2017 SXT Plus

Unless there were credible/measurable damages proximately caused to the passengers in
this vehicle arising from the non-deployment of these airbags, I don't see a
sustainable claim against the car manufacturer for the operational failure of the bags.
(And, no, such a claim may not be premised upon what might have happened.)
