Help?
Can you be issued a drug test if you are simply attending court for an automobile accident and a traffic violation in the state of Virginia?

If the traffic violation is classified as a criminal misdemeanor offense such as DUI, or, perhaps, even Reckless Driving, the answer is very likely that you can be (ordered by the court to undergo such testing).
