Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia
Issued ticket after close observation states an incorrect court time.
Issued ticket for speeding states the time of the hearing to be 2.00 a.m. instead of 2:00 p.m. If I show up at 200 a.m., and no one shows up to hear the case, is this grounds for dismisal of the case?

No, it most certainly is not.(And, if I were you, I'd look for some help in handling this matter.)
