If a juvenile was involved in an incident and had an adult with them at the time, would the adult get charged as well as the juvenile?

No, the adult would not be charged for the juvenile's traffic violation.
However, there are laws about allowing someone to drive who is not properly licensed to drive. So the adult woudl need to be certain that the juvenile has a proper learner's permit, that the terms and limits of the learner's permit are being obeyed, etc., etc.
The adult could be charged with allowing a juvenile to drive outside the limitations of the learner's permit.
