Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia

my brother thought he had a siezure the other day so he went to the doc and they said there was nothing wrong with him but the reported it to the dmv that he said he had a seizure so they said thet if you have one and go to the doc about it then they have to take there lic for 6 mths is that true and where can i find info about that law

Sec 46.2-322(A) of the Virginia Motor Vehicle Code describes the circumstances under which an individual's operator's license may be suspended "if the Department has good cause to believe that a driver is incapacitated and therefore unable to drive a motor vehicle safely, after written notice of at least 15 days to the person, it may require him to submit to an examination to determine his fitness to drive a motor vehicle."

There is virtually nothing in this particular statute which accords with the scenario which you've described above allegedly involving your brother, and therefore I consequently accord it virtually no credibility.
