Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia
legal definition of where a traffic school zone can exist
King George County, Va. has a school zone with yellow flashing lights in the Sealston area on Route 3. There is no school there. It is a stoplight for a road that leads to a school about 1/4 mile down another road. Does this meet the criteria for a traffic school zone??

As long as it's designated a traffic school zone with flashing yellow lights, that's what it is, legally speaking.
