Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia
Is it legal in Virginia to have a green light bar on the top of my vehicle? From what I've been told before, it is totally legal as long as the colors are not typical emergency vehicle colors (red/blue) and you don't use them to attempt to impersonate an emergency vehicle.

I am not aware of anything in the Virginia traffic code which
would specifically prohibit such an accessory attached to one's vehicle
but would advise against it unless there is a very compelling
reason for it.
