Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia
licence restoration
i owe over 9 thousand dollars in surcharges and can not drive till i make large installments that i can not afford with my pay. how can i get my licence back? 85% is accumalation when i was incarcerated for 5 years, then 2 more years!!

See if you can arrange for a consultation with the last attorney who represented you, and should this person not be available, then any criminal defense practitioner in your local area should be able to advise you on an appropriate course of action to resolve this particular problem.
