I was caught driving with a pa lisence that was suspended in VA. I now have obtained a VA lisence. I still have a court hearing. should I bring legal counsel to the hearing?
If I do not bring legal counsel what could be the ramifications?

Re: licence suspended
Driving on a suspended license is a jailable offense in the Commonwealth (of Virginia). Therefore, you should have an attorney representing you whether you retain one on your own or request that the court appoint one to represent you in the event that you cannot afford to hire such.
