Ive lived in Va for 4 years and paid all monies owed to them. I am a single parent of 3 and have not had a legal license in about10-12 years Ive paid a big price for my poor decisions but my children have paid along with me...any advice would be appreciated. can i move some where else to have a chance at a normal life .

Re: license

Well, what are these unresolved issues in N. Carolina which still remain unresolved after all this time? Virginia DMV must follow its policies/rules in regard to these kinds of issues, and cannot allow you to continue to operate a vehicle in the Commonwealth even with a restricted license until you've settled these problems with its sister jurisdiction to the south.
