Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia
License was revoked so I got a restricted license for during working hours and from home to work . But a police officer followed me to a tobacco shop and to a gastation get gas so he gave me a ticket and took my restriction papers. I go to court next month but I'll get my licen tomorrow . What s my case ?

Should be no problem (in my opinion) as long as the tobacco shop and
the gas station could be considered as reasonably located along your way home.
