I live in Ohio but got a reckless driving ticket in Virgina
I recieved a reckless driving for driving 82 miles an hour in a 65 mph zone. this is not a pre-payable offense. I was wondering if I do not pay the fine will the ohio police be able to arrest me on behalf of the virgina state police.

They could but they won't, but if you fail to appear in Virginia and are convicted, Ohio authorities could suspend your license there
once they receive official notice from Virginia.
