Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia
I live in the state of Virginia and I was involved in a fender bender near a light during rush hour traffic. I only had a learners permit and was with a liscenced driver in the passenger and got a ticket for that, i had it continued one time. Is it possible that if i get my full liscence before the court date they will drop it?

Maybe, maybe not (depending on your degree of fault in causing the fender bender and any
other relevant factors which the judge might wish to consider such as the damages which resulted
therefrom).
