Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia
I live in a townhouse community with its own private parking area. I was giving a ticket for expired tags on the private property, is this allowed? I thought I couldn't get that type of ticket on private property.
P.S. I'm in Prince Williams County

Yes, apparently you can. (County enforcers can also go onto private property to "nail" you for no or expired county tag.)
