Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia
How long does a misdemeanor stay on your record? I got a speeding ticket in Greensville, Va back in 2007 and they labeled is "wreckless driving" which is a misdemeanor. My potential employer did a background check and it appeared on my record. How long does a misdemeanor stay on your record and can you get it removed?
