misdemeanor
my husband got a misdeamenor and got his fingerprints taken also paid a fine, how is this going to affect him?

Hard to say without knowing much more---not only about the offense itself and the surrounding facts but also your husband himself and what some might call his "relevant bios"(biographical material).
However, one might also say with some assurance that if the offense of which your husband was convicted was for some kind of larceny
or stealing or other kind of crime involving what's called moral turpitude, his conviction for this offense, unfortunately, may have certain adverse consequences for his employment prospects.
