motor vehicle
owner has 2 vehicles - 1 registered w/ state one not - plates from registered vehicle used on non registerd non registered vehicle had insurance what is the penalty if state notified 2nd vehicle has now been registered and properly tagged

So what's the violation that the average DMV bureaucract is likely to espy among these now properly registered, tagged, and insured motor vehicles, and, as a result, harry your life for ever after?
I doubt that there is one.
