Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia
I am on the NDR list for another state and called the number given to me. The other state stated I was not in their system and they did not know why they had me call. My state said they needed to give me a clearance letter. I did not ever have suspended or revoked license. I am stuck cause other state says I have nothing in their records.

So, ask this other state to issue you a letter declaring that it has no record of you being in its
system for any violations whatsoever and therefore there is no need for a "clearance letter" to be issued in your behalf.
