Nolle Prosequi
What does it mean when the courts make the final disposition in district court of Nolle Prosequi? Can you still be arrested?

Nolle prosequi is merely a fancy legal phrase meaning "not to be prosecuted" or prosecution nullified. The case can still be brought again by the prosecutor but it's not overly likely. (If the matter involves a misdemeanor offense, it must be recharged within 12 months of the alleged commission date of the crime.)
