Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia
i was parked in the blue lines at a target, not in a stall and i received a ticket for handicap parking violation (26-108.1), but it says about parking within the marked space, not in the extra space out of the way. after reading this sec. i don't think this is the right sec. to get a ticket from, will this be a fight-able ticket?

Not sure as to what exactly you're referring to in terms of the Target store parking space in which you were parked, but if you were confused (for whatever reason) as to what was a space reserved for the handicapped and what was not, the answer must be, yes, by all means, you should contest this expensive violation in the traffic court in which you've been charged.
