Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia
what is the point value if the traffic violation is turning left at a red light in the state of VA? the dmv website says 4 points for failure to obey a traffic signal. can any additional points be tacked onto the 4 points? it was a simple turn on left at a red light.

Why any additional points? Four should be quite enough for this infraction.
