Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia
No points speeding??
Is there a moving -violation charge that does not hold points in VA? Perhaps ''unreasonable speed''? I'm on the 'driver improvement program' --can NOT afford points and I'm going to court for speeding!

Not too likely, but you could check with the DMV to make certain. (Virginia courts have no involvement in the assignment of points to a driver's DMV record.)
