Police use of a private residence for radar
Is it legal for a cop running a radar gun to sit in the driveway of a private residence without permission of the owner? And is the subsequent ticket legal?

Re: Police use of a private residence for radar
I suspect that the cop may sit anywhere he wishes, though the owner of the land may claim he is trespassing. I would not assume that the placement of the cop alters the reading on his RADAR.
