Prayer for Judgement in VA?
Does Virginia have Prayer for Judgement like NC and if yes, what is the criteria for using it?

No. Unfortunately, there is no PJC or Prayer for Judgment Continued in VA. The Virginia "accord and satisfaction" is a somewhat similar concept though.
