Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia

I a on probation for burglary and drugs. I had fines and court costs almost 9000 so my license was taken . I have been out 1 and a half years have paid off 6000 of the fines and was scheduled to get my lic back on july 4th. I have received 3 driving while license revocked . Will this send me back to prison? I didnt think traffic would. Im scared. Im in Virginia Beach

A traffic infraction will not affect your probation, so as to cause you to go to jail for it being revoked.

However, driving with a suspended or revoked license is not just a traffic ticket. It can be a misdemeanor, a crime, to drive without a valid license.

You need to look up on the courts website or at the courthouse what exactly you were charged with.

You should then also get a lawyer in the Virginia Beach area. It is worth it.
