Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia
I am currently on probation for 3 years for embezzlement. My criminal record consists of only that & petit larceny. I recently in March got stopped & received a ticket for driving on a suspended license. What are the chances of my probation being revoked?
1 Answer from Attorneys
DWS (Driving While Suspended) is itself classified as a jailable misdemeanor
offense in the Commonwealth and reason enough for you to engage the services of a competent criminal defense counsel whom you will also likely need to represent you in the matter as to whether your probation status for your prior embezzlement conviction should now be revoked based upon this most recent alleged violation of the law.
