Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia
i was pulled over got a ticket for driving on suspended license. went to court got an extension had to go back to court on the court date i ended up in the emergency room which i have proof i recently had back surgery. not i have a bench warrant and i am about to turn my self in. what do you think will happen will i have to serve jail time what do i do i had a lawyer he was at the courthouse the day of court and i called his office to let them know where i was he needed proof i faxed it to him but he has said nothing

"He (the lawyer) has said nothing"? Better call him again and if you get the same response, i.e., nothing, better get another lawyer.
