Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia
I was pulled over in VA for speeding 39 in a 25. But the code section that was written down 46.2-878.1. (Maximum speed limits in highway work zones; penalty) doesn't match the description of speeding in an enhanced penalty zone (R) written down on the ticket. Will that lead for a dismissal of my ticket?
