Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia
I was pulled over in Virginia and ticketed for having unauthorized lights installed on my car. My parking lights are blue l.e.ds and the officer said I could be mistaken for an emergency vehichle. My car is registered in N.Y. and I have N.Y tags on my car. do I have to pay the ticket?
