Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia
I had a question about an accident i was in?
I was in an accident yesterday, I found out that my liscense is suspended, the kid that hit me was at fault and got tickets for it, since my liscesns is suspended and we had no insurance at the time of the accident and since the kid was at fault does he have to pay for all the damages to the van and doctor bills and towing because he is at fault for the accident even though my licsense is suspended.

Whether a license is suspended or not would not have any bearing on any finding of civil liability for personal injury and property damage.
