Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia
I ran into the rear of another car that had stopped in the yield land. Was given a ticket for reckless driving. I was going about 2 miles per hour when accident happened. Other car was not damaged. This was in state of Virginia. Is this legal?

Yes, but that doesn't mean that what occurred is necessarily fair which means that you should
certainly have an attorney to represent you in this matter to challenge the fairness of this criminal charge,
i.e., reckless driving which if you're convicted of could stay on your record forever,
