Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia
I received a followering too closely ticket today. I damage the front of my vechicle but, no damage to trail blazer I hit. How can I get this ticket dropped and go to driving school with out receiving 4 points on my record and rising insurance. I have a clean record with a few speeding and 1 follow too close in the far... past years.

You can only attend a driver's improvement program in lieu of
entering a plea of guilty if the representative of the Commonwealth
who is assigned to your case agrees to it (which you will
not know until the morning that your case is scheduled for a hearing).
