Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia
I received a reckless driving ticket in Reston Virginia on route 267, doing 89 in a 55. I am a veteran, a volunteer and have a fairly clean record. Do I need a lawyer in court?

Yes, you need a competent criminal defense counsel
to represent you on this reckless driving charge which is a criminal
misdemeanorr offense rather than merely a traffic infraction
