Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia
I received a speeding ticket for 54 mph in a 35 mph school zone. Did not see school lights and it was 25 minutes after school. What are my options?

Try to convince the prosecutor assigned to your case as to the credibility
of your claim(s), agree to plead guilty to 44mph in a 35 zone, or hire a local attorney with experience in this traffic court who may have a better shot at it, i.e, convincing the prosecutor of your claim(s) rather than you.
